My first post from Ubuntu – the new operating system on my desktop workstation. Ubuntu 11.4 is installed beside Windows XP SP3 so the workstation can boot up in either operating system. During installation, only a few issues slowed progress. The primary issue was display drivers with two monitors selected the non-primary monitor (hidden by a KVM switch). Once swapping monitors, all was well. The system works great and is easy to use. My browser of choice is Chrome and syncs all settings with my Windows copy through Google.
